Chocolate Coconut Bars (V)



1 cup shredded or desiccated coconut
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup dates (can be medjool or standard)
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
A pinch of Himalayan sea salt 


2 TBS 365 Chocolate Greens Powder
1 TBS cocoa powder
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup rice malt syrup 


Line a small baking pan with baking parchment
Blitz the base ingredients until a sticky dough forms
Press firmly into the pan and place in the freezer whilst you make the filling
Blend the filling ingredients until super smooth + creamy
Pour over the base + freeze overnight
Transfer the baking pan to the fridge and wait for the slice to defrost before cutting and consuming (unless you like an ice cold icecream like bar!)
