Crunchy Mint Choc Greens Bliss Balls (V)

Serves: Makes approx 10 Bliss Balls
 
Ingredients
 
4 Medjool Dates, pitted
4 tbsp. Morlife Certified Organic Chia Seeds
2 tbsp. shredded Coconut
½ cup raw Almonds
2 tbsp. 365 Nourish Chocolate Greens
¼ cup Morlife Whey Protein Concentrate
1 tbsp. Morlife Certified Organic Cacao Nibs
3 drops Peppermint Essence or edible Essential Oil
4 tbsp. Water 
 
Method

Place all the ingredients (except the water) into a blender and pulse once.
Add water and pulse until a wet, sticky mixture forms. If required, add more water.
Roll the mixture into medium sized balls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
