Chocolate Banana & Date Bread (V)

Make time: 1 hour

4 medium to large ripe bananas
3/4 cup dates
1/3 cup rice malt syrup
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup rice milk
2 cups plain flour
3 TBS 365 Nourish Chocolate Greens Powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt  


Peel bananas into a large mixing bowl and mash with a fork or potato masher 
Chop dates into smaller pieces and place in the mixing bowl
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until the mixture is combined 
Place baking paper in a standard size bread / loaf tin
Carefully pour the mixture into the bread tin
Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean
