Old Fashioned Chocolate Biscuits (V)

250g softened butter (use Nuttelex Buttery for a vegan version)
1/4 cup coconut sugar
3 TBS rice malt syrup
2 TBS 365 Chocolate Greens Powder
2 cups plain flour
Pinch of sea salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 TBS boiling water
Cream the butter, coconut sugar and rice malt syrup in a large mixing bowl using an electric beater
Add the Choc Greens Powder, flour and salt
Dissolve the baking soda in the boiling water
Add the baking soda mix to your mixing bowl, and stir gently to combine
Roll the mixture into small even size balls and place onto a lined baking tray
Flatten each ball with a fork
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden
