Chocolate Greens Smoothie Bowl (V) 

Make time: 10 minutes
Serves: 1
 
Ingredients 
Smoothie Bowl
1 tbsp 365 Nourish Chocolate Greens 
2 frozen Bananas
½ cup frozen Spinach Leaves
½ cup Coconut Milk (or Milk of your choice)
1 tbsp Almond Butter
1 tbsp Morlife Certified Organic Chia Seeds
Topping
1 tbsp Morlife Certified Organic Cacao Nibs
1 tbsp Morlife Goji Berries
1 tbsp Morlife Natural or Toasted Muesli
Handful of your favorite fresh Berries 
 
Method
Blend all smoothie bowl ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy, adding more milk for a smoother texture or ice for a thicker texture.
Pour into a serving bowl, add the toppings and serve. 
 
 

Crunchy Mint Choc Greens Bliss Balls (V)


Make time: 10 minutes
Serves: Makes approx 10 Bliss Balls
 
Ingredients
4 Medjool Dates, pitted
4 tbsp. Morlife Certified Organic Chia Seeds
2 tbsp. shredded Coconut
½ cup raw Almonds
2 tbsp. 365 Nourish Chocolate Greens
¼ cup Morlife Whey Protein Concentrate
1 tbsp. Morlife Certified Organic Cacao Nibs
3 drops Peppermint Essence or edible Essential Oil
4 tbsp. Water 
 
Method
Place all the ingredients (except the water) into a blender and pulse once. 
Add water and pulse until a wet, sticky mixture forms. If required, add more water.
Roll the mixture into medium sized balls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set. 
 
 

Wholefood Chocolate Mousse (V + GF)


Make time: 10 minutes
 
Ingredients
1 ripe Avocado, pitted and halved
1/4 cup Morlife Raw Cacao Powder
1/4 cup Rice Malt Syrup
¼ cup Almond Milk (or Milk of your choice)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp 365 Nourish Chocolate Greens
Morlife Certified Organic Cacao Nibs to serve
 
    Method
    Place all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
    Pour into small to medium size glasses, place in the fridge for 30 minutes and once firm, serve with a sprinkle of cacao nibs.
