Mushroom Gravy


2 tbsp 365 Nourish Bone Broth
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp butter
2 cups finely chopped mushrooms
1 tsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp molasses
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup almond milk
1 tsp cornflour


  1. In a frying pan, brown the onion and garlic in butter over a medium heat
  2. Add the mushrooms, Bone Broth, and coconut sugar
  3. Continue to stir until the mushrooms begin to brown
  4. Add the molasses and spices
  5. Whisk together the almond milk and the cornflour and slowly add to the frying pan
  6. Continue to stir until gravy thickens
