365 Nourish was born from one simple belief: family is everything and nourishing them, every day, matters.

Before my business existed, I faced years of fertility struggles, IVF treatments, and heartbreaking miscarriages. During that time, I became deeply afraid to consume anything that might harm my chances of becoming a mum. Even though nothing showed that everyday products were unsafe, the fear stayed with me.

When I finally fell pregnant, I wanted something I could trust completely something gentle, nourishing, and safe for pregnancy, postpartum, and eventually for my child too.
And when I couldn’t find it, I created it.

Where it all began

In 2017, I launched our very first product: Chocolate Greens a blend packed with superfoods, designed to taste so good you would look forward to it daily. It became my way of nourishing myself through pregnancy, and later, nourishing my growing family.

Today, my son is 8 years old, and that single product has grown into a full range designed to help everyone nourish their body, every day.

 

Why Daily Nourish matters

IVF, stress, and emotional eating took a toll on my body I gained over 20kg and felt unhappy, exhausted, and overwhelmed. But I learned that true wellbeing doesn’t come from drastic changes. It comes from small, daily choices that support your body and your family.

This is why our motto is Daily Nourish.
Because when you nourish yourself, you’re nourishing the people you love and the life you want to live.
