SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping within Australia 
- Standard Shipping for orders over $50.00 is free. 
- Standard Shipping for orders under $50.00 is a $7.00 flat rate charge. 
- Express Shipping for all orders regardless of the value is a $10.00 flat rate charge.

International Shipping 
International Standard Shipping with a Tracking Number through Australia Post is a $12.00 flat rate charge.

Shipping Carriers available
We use Australia Post, Fastway and Couriers Please for all Australian deliveries. If you have a preference for a specific courier please email us immediately at the time of your order with your preference and we will see what we can do.

ORDER INFORMATION

How long until my order will be sent?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment is recieved.

Can I track my order?
All orders will receive an email confirmation along with daily tracking updates from the courier.

*Please note that courier movements are outside of our control. If you have any questions on where your order is after it has been picked up by the courier you will need to contact them directly and quote your tracking number. 

Can I cancel my order? 
If you haven't received your tracking notification there is a high chance that yes, you can cancel your order. Please email us immediately if you wish to cancel your order and we will confirm whether it is possible. 

Can I change my order? 
We are unable to add to orders once they are in the system but we are more than happy to adjust contact details, change of addresses or hold off on sending your order until you put another one through the system. 

Will I have to pay for customs fees, or that is covered by the shipping fee?
International packages are all shipped via Australia Post. When a package is delivered to a country outside of Australia by Australia Post, by treaty, the package is transferred to the local postal services. Your local postal services may add an additional charge for local delivery. We nor Australia Post has no way to calculate these local delivery charges thus you will have to pay this separately.

Will my parcel be left on my doorstep?
You can add special delivery instructions at the checkout if you would like your parcel to be left at your door if you are not home. E.g. "Leave at front door."

This means you accept the risk of goods being left at the premises without being handed to you or placed in a letterbox. Please note we won't be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged deliveries that result from your requests.

My product arrived damaged who should I contact?
Contact us on info@365nourish.com immediately and we will guide you through the process. 

What if my order is missing or stolen? 
We are not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged deliveries that result from your special courier requests. E.g. "Leave at front door."

If you did not place a special request on your order and you believe that your order has been misplaced or stolen please contact us immediately and we will try our best to work with the courier for delivery location confirmation. 

I didn’t receive a confirmation email or my tracking details?
Please check your junk email folder. If after 24 hours you still haven’t received the email please send us an email on info@365nourish.com

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from 365 Nourish or from a 365 Nourish retailer. Our customers are everything to us. If you are not satisfied with an item you’ve purchased, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days from the order date for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and the return shipping cost.

Which products are safe for pregnancy, breastfeeding and children?
Chocolate Greens
Our Chocolate Greens is a wholefood product, so it’s based on food ingredients, similar to making your own cacao smoothie. It hasn’t been fortified with any nutrients, and as such, there is no concern about its use in pregnancy, breastfeeding or children.  
 

Which products are NOT safe for pregnancy, breastfeeding and children?
L-Glutamine and Chocolate Magnesium Complex Powder
Our L-Glutamine and Chocolate Magnesium Complex Powder are a Formulated Supplementary Sports Food; therefore they are not suitable for children under the age of 15 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women. These products should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.

Where are your products made? 
We are proud to say that we are Australian owned and operated, with all of our products formulated on the beautiful Gold Coast.

How should I store my product? 
Please store resealed away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place below 25°C.
