Return Policy

We will always endeavor to do our absolute best to satisfy our customers.

Provided that the issues are within our control, we will fully cooperate to assist with customer concerns.

Free returns are available for Australian customers only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items received are faulty, damaged or if the wrong product is received.
  • Returns are not available for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
  • Items must be received within 14 days of receipt of goods.
  • 365 Nourish has authorised the return by immediate email to info@365nourish.com. 
  • Once the parcel is received, we will either refund the cost of the product or send a replacement.



Our company is committed to providing a high quality standard of products and service.

We have ISO22000 HACCP based Food Safety Program and ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification 1737. We must adhere to and maintain at all times the highest levels of food safety, cleanliness, quality assurance and control in all areas of our warehouse. 

Therefore, the following conditions are not be eligible for any credits, refunds or returns:

  • The products ordered were part of a promotion or special.
  • If claims for defective products are not made within 14 days after receipt of goods (Australia only).
  • The products have been opened or the customer has sampled and does not like the products.
  • The customer changes their mind or has made an error in their order.
  • If there is a sudden change of price. *Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to the dollar fluctuation exchange rates.
